Wild Mystery consists of a Basic and a Top game which can be played with 4 or 20 credits bets. When you start playing the game you always begin with the Basic game. Two or more won credits can be added either to the Credit-meter with the 'Collect' button or to the Super-meter with the 'Start/Save' button.
Won credits can be also doubled or lost with the Head/Tail game; the maximum amount of credits to be earned here is 200.
In the Basic game all winning combinations appear on a single winline, except for the 'Question' symbol which counts crisscross. There's a built-in auto-hold feature to hold certain combinations; you can cancel those held combinations with the 'Reset' button. Auto-held wheels can be released or set to hold (again) directly by pressing the corresponding 'Hold' buttons.
Furthermore you can make the jokers active. If you have saved 6 jokers on a row in a Win-bank, you are free to choose which wheel you make the joker active on. If you do not choose the wheel manually, the joker will be assigned to a randomly chosen wheel.
An active joker is 'wild' which means that it counts for any other symbol too and thus increases your chances to get a winning combination. An active joker remains active until it is used in a winning combination.
If you have at least 4 credits on the Super-meter, you can play the Top game with a bet of 4 credits; if you have 20 credits or more you can bet the maximum of 20 credits here.
If you play betting 4 credits, every combination of 3 identical symbols offers a payout. If, however, you bet 20 credits, all jokers are 'wild' and count for any other symbol too. In that case you win a mystery payout if a joker appears on one of the wheels when no winning combination is in sight.
